When is the right time to rebook?
I am asked this question all the time.
When am I supposed to book in my next appointment?
The easy answer is 4 weeks. But why?
The skin renewal cycle is 28 days or approximately 4 weeks.
This means that skin cells have been created within the body, and have cycled through to the epidermis of the skin.
In terms of skin treatments, within that 28 cycle it's ideal to have a facial so we are enriching those skin cells as they are coming to the surface.
In terms of hair, hair growth is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
When looking at body waxing, having a set routine of every 4-6 weeks is ideal to get all the hairs growing at the same rate and same growth cycle, thus enabling you to wax less often.
The most efficient way of booking your appointments is to book a few appointments ahead so you know that you're on track for a good body routine.
